Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with German law and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. For services, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear these costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
Contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
Online Course Refunds
For online courses related to the use of DL Pro 6000 diode laser equipment:
Digital Course Content: All purchases of digital course materials, including video courses, e-books, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except within the 14-day withdrawal period before accessing the content.
Course Commencement: If you have requested that course services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal.
Technical Requirements: We cannot offer refunds if you experience difficulties accessing course materials due to technical insufficiencies such as lack of appropriate equipment or inadequate internet connectivity. Technical prerequisites are clearly stated and must be fulfilled before purchasing the course.
Equipment Returns and Exchanges
For DL Pro 6000 diode laser equipment:
Defective Products: If the equipment is defective at the time of purchase, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund within 2 years from the date of purchase as per German Civil Code (BGB).
Warranty Claims: During the first 12 months after purchase, it is presumed that any defect was present at the time of purchase unless we can prove otherwise. After 12 months, you must provide evidence that the defect existed at the time of purchase.
Safety Requirements: Returns of medical/cosmetic laser equipment must comply with German product safety regulations and may be subject to additional safety inspections before processing.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or the returned goods, whichever is later. All refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
For international returns, you are responsible for ensuring the goods are properly declared and comply with customs regulations. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during return shipping are your responsibility.
